吸烟可诱发多种癌症、心脑血管疾病、呼吸道和消化道疾病等。
一、吸烟对身体的危害如下:
1、烟雾中含有很多的致癌性的物质,这些物质主要是通过的地方都容易导致癌症的发生,比如通过咽喉部的时候,也容易导致咽喉炎的发生或者咽喉癌的发生。通过呼吸道的时候,很容易引发肺癌的情况。
2、表现在呼吸系统,刺激呼吸道引起局部的水肿,呼吸道黏膜的充血会导致刺激性的咳嗽。消化系统,吸烟对消化系统也是有影响的,能够影响消化功能。
3、烟雾对身体刺激可以造成过敏,有时烟雾所造成的过敏可以引起过敏性咳嗽、咳嗽变异性哮喘或者咽炎等,影响呼吸道的健康。
4、对心脏的影响,烟草里所含的有害物质对心脏是有毒性的,长期的吸烟可以造成心脏损害,所以吸烟对身体的危害是很大的。
5、大人吸烟对孩子也是有伤害的,无论是二手烟和三手烟,对孩子呼吸道都会造成一定的伤害。
二、如何戒烟?
1、应该系统的进行戒烟,比如按照目前吸烟的量及吸烟的频率设定一个目标,比如每两个星期将自己吸烟的量和频率降到一半左右,这样才能够有效戒烟,同时不会出现明显的焦虑、烦躁、抑郁等负面情绪的问题。
2、应该使用替代的方法,比如当自己想要戒烟或者已经戒烟以后特别烦躁,这时可以嚼一嚼口香糖等等。
3、也应该做好监督工作,可以分为自我监督和他人监督。自我监督一定要做好提高认识的准备,一定要深刻的认识到吸烟有害健康,自己主动要求戒烟,配合戒烟。他人监督可以寻求家人的帮助。
综上所述:抽烟有害健康,千万不可以抽烟,往往最好是戒烟。平时需要吃润肺的食物。

Anytime you go outside, you will meet smoking people in street, stop, buses or, even more badly,in the restaurants. For a lot of people who don’t smoke, it’s really bad news.
Smoking is a bad habit, and it doesn’t have any good effect for you or your families or friends. A survey shows that 90% of cancer patients have smoked, 75%of people who dies because of bronchitis have smoked, and 25% of myocardial infarction death have smoked.
Instead of heath problem, smoking is also a problem of environment and society. For example, a smoker will pullote the air and it will also harm the people near him or her. “The second -hand smoking ” will make many people get the same diseases as smoking people. It’s a kind of “violence”, isn’t it? I think that smoking in the offices, restaurants or other public places is really a selfish action.
Nowadays, more and more people have given up smoking because so facts made them thinking that. That’s good for anyone. But we have to admit that millions of people are still smoking. Someone said the smoking will increase tax for the country. I have never heard any idea stupider than that. Is there any thing more valuable that health? For making the world a batter place, we should try our best to stop smoking.
